IAI seeks out for startups developing high-frequency sensors, quantum computing, photonics, acoustics, ultrasonic, and other disruptive sensory or data fusion technology. To get in contact with those startups and to evaluate their ideas IAI set up a dedicated program operated by international accelerator MassChallenge with IAI’s ELTA subsidiary offering the participants to hold their proof of concept on ELTA’s operational intelligence and radar systems. ELTA will also facilitate their access to global customers and markets.
“Under the collaboration with MassChallenge, ELTA will be part of the selection processof the startups that will participate in the Future Sensing program and review the startups that already joined MassChallenge,” said Yoav Turgeman, IAI VP and CEO of ELTA. “The identification of innovative technologies that are relevant for IAI needs will contribute considerably to our future growth engines. The accelerator program includes mentoring, joint development, and business collaborations. The participating startups will be chosen with ELTA to develop technologies that meet pre-defined criteria to promote innovation, expand our business operations, and preserve ELTA’s technological superiority.”
