Ludwig Decamps Becomes NCI General Manager

Ludwig Decamps has been appointed General Manager of the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) effective from 1 July 2021. He succeeded Kevin J. Scheid, who left after a four-year term.

Decamps joined the agency on 1 March 2017 as Director Demand Management and became full-time Chief Operating Officer (COO) on 15 February 2018. Previously, he held senior positions in the armaments sector at NATO Headquarters for many years, following postings at the Belgian NATO Embassy and the Office of the NATO Secretary General.
