Rohde & Schwarz has announced a contract awarded by RV Connex to deliver R&S M3AR software defined, multiband-capable airborne radios for the Royal Thai Air Force’s (RTAF) new Textron Aviation T-6C TEXAN II training aircraft. These are dubbed T-6TH in the RTAF.
The R&S M3AR multiband, multimode, multirole radios have been designed for the transmission of mission-critical information, both for fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
