Hensoldt Announces Management Changes

Hensoldt AG has announced changes on its management board. In the course of long-term succession planning, the supervisory board has approved the early termination of the appointments of Axel Salzmann (CFO) and Peter Fieser (CHRO) as members of the management board by mutual agreement. Axel Salzmann will leave the management board on 30 June and Peter Fieser on 30 September. Each of them will subsequently remain available as advisors to the company for a further three months.

The current Head of Group Controlling & Investor Relations, Christian Ladurner, is to take over as CFO on 1 July. Peter Fieser will be succeeded by Dr. Lars Immisch, currently Executive Vice President HR of Airbus Defence and Space, who is planned to take office as of 1 October 2022.
