MBDA Italia and Rheinmetall Italia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to explore possibilities for collaborating in the area of air defence, including disruptive technologies in the national and European defence funds domain, Rhrinmetall writes in a press release.
During a two-year timeframe, the two companies intend to study ways of working together with the objective of developing joint business opportunities in Italy and the international marketplace. MBDA Italia and Rheinmetall Italia plan tocreate joint working groups tasked with identifying possibilities for joint technological development and business opportunities
