KMW & Elbit Sign Rocket Cooperation Agreement

Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW), Elbit Systems Land and Elbit Systems Deutschland have signed a strategic cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the area of rocket artillery, Elbit writes in a press release. According to the company, this cooperation is to address the growing European interest in Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) capabilities. As part of the MoU, Elbit Systems intends to provide an advanced portfolio of MLRS capabilities, from practice ammunition to long-range rockets.
