On 17 August 2022, the Turkish Ministry of National Defence announced that the King of Malaysia, Al Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al Mustafa Billah Shah, had visited FNSS’ production facilities in Gölbaşı, near Ankara, together with a delegation.
King Al Sultan Abdullah was accompanied by Turkish Minister of National Defence Hulusi Akar. They were briefed on FNSS’ tracked and wheeled armoured combat vehicles produced at the facility and got the chance to inspect some of the vehicles. Following the presentation at the company’s test site, the delegation was given a live demonstration of the armoured vehicles’ capabilities.
