AUSA 2025: IMCO Group showcases AI-powered technologies for armoured vehicles

Israel’s IMCO Group is showcasing its latest artificial intelligence (AI)-powered innovations for armoured vehicles at the 2025 Association of the US Army (AUSA) Exposition, held in Washington, DC, from 13 to 15 October.

IMCO is presenting a live demonstration of its advanced health and usage monitoring system (HUMS) at the show, alongside SAVS 360: its continuous 360° situational awareness video solution.

Prior to AUSA 2025 opening, IMCO said that its live demonstrations would be conducted with “a leading global manufacturer of armoured vehicle drive solutions, specializing in engines, transmissions, and suspension systems”, but declined to name that partner in advance. However, IMCO said the partnership underscored “the company’s strategy of working with top-tier system integrators to expand its AI-powered capabilities and market reach”.

IMCO’s HUMS, combined with predictive maintenance capabilities, is a solution designed to reduce the life cycle cost of critical systems in armoured vehicles while improving fleet availability and management. It continuously collects and analyses real-time data from onboard platform sensors, performing real-time analytics that enable condition-based commands. These commands help reduce unnecessary downtime, lower maintenance costs and extend the lifespan of critical assets.

IMCO’s SAVS 360 situational awareness system provides armoured vehicle crews with continuous 360° real-time orientation in a dynamic mission scenario, AI-driven threat prioritisation, enhanced driver decision-making capabilities, and seamless integration with the vehicle’s active defence and weapon systems. The system thus provides enhanced survivability and mobility to ensure tactical superiority in high-risk environments.
