Revision Military, the US ballistic eyewear specialist, is presenting its new SlingShot ballistic sunglasses to the trade public for the first time at the Shot Show in Las Vegas at the end of January 2024 and at EnforceTac in Nuremberg at the end of February.

According to Revision, the SlingShot’s open-top frame enables good ventilation, especially regarding anti-fog performance, while visibility remains unobstructed. At the same time the fit can be adjusted over a wide range. The lenses can be changed quickly, both to replace defective lenses and to adapt the lens colour to the ambient light.

The temple design is seamlessly compatible with head-worn equipment, according to Revision, and ensures optimal communication compatibility and performance in the field while providing all-day comfort. An adjustable nose bridge also offers an optimal fit.

SlingShot goggles are equipped with Revision’s innovative I-Vis lens technology. According to Revision, an advanced dye process results in a range of lens tints that significantly improve visual performance. The I-Vis lenses are available in six tints, each optimised for use in different environments. Each tint has been developed to increase contrast and improve colour recognition in specific geographic regions. SlingShot I-Vis lenses are equipped with Revision’s OcuMax anti-fog and anti-scratch coating and are easily replaceable.
