Elettronica, which represents itself as ELT Group, announced on 9 January 2024 that it has completed the acquisition of Solynx Corporation: a US company based in Salem, New Hampshire in which it was already a shareholder.
Solynx is a high-tech procurement and technological scouting company that will increase opportunities for ELT Group to identify new technology trends and turn them into an enrichment of its offerings to the market.
In 2023 Solynx increased its order intake from EUR 5 M to EUR 12 M: growth also confirmed in the next budget.
“We are very pleased to have completed the acquisition of Solynx Corporation,” Domitilla Benigni, CEO of Elettronica, was quoted as saying in a company press release. “This acquisition is part of the internationalisation process of ELT Group, which now also has a stronger presence in the US market.”
